Logitech Harmony 900 remote works through walls

Logitech has unveiled the Harmony 900, its latest touchscreen remote. The 900 adds some interesting features, like an infrared blaster which will allow home theater aficionados who prefer stuffing away the components in a closet the ability to control their hidden devices. All that convenience doesn't come cheap; at $400, this remote costs as much as many of the home theater components that it controls.

Logitech unveils ‘unifying’ wireless standard for keyboards, mice

Logitech unveiled its new "unifying receiver" which aims to clean up cable and dongle clutter by allowing multiple devices to connect wirelessly through the same tiny USB device. Up to six peripherals can connect to one receiver, which is only 8mm larger than the USB port itself. Keyboards and mice for the receiver will start showing up over the next two months, and will cost around $50-$70 each.

New Guitar Hero 5 drum kits unveiled

Activision's annual installment of Guitar Hero is on the horizon, and with it two new drumkits have been announced. The first, the official Guitar Hero flavor from Activision, and the second is a premium edition from Logitech. The $229 premium edition features a steel kick pedal, and adjustable drum heads, while the standard kit is all the plastic and static drum heads you'd expect. No pricing details on the Activision kit just yet.
