The Pirate Bay sells for $7.8 million

The Sweedish software company Global Gaming Factory X AB has announced that they are purchasing The Pirate Bay for approximately $7.8 million.  The Pirate Bay also confirms this story and expects little to change on the site. We're pretty shocked by the news, but we figure these guys have to get the money to pay their legal fees and fines from somewhere.
