Apple: Latest Psystar lawsuit is a “stalling tactic”

Apple has brushed off Psystar's latest attempt in its crusade to put an end to the OS X "monopoly", that it alleges Apple holds on the Mac market, as nothing more than "stalling tactic". In this round, Psystar asserts that Apple has changed its way of locking OS X to Mac hardware between 10.5 (Leopard) and 10.6 (Snow Leopard), but without providing supporting technical details.
