Toshiba announces plans to release fuel cells, again

Toshiba claims it will release fuel cells to consumers within the next two months. The company has made that claim in the past, and has obviously missed its own deadline, but this time it expects to launch a direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) that will allow charging of small devices like cell phones and PMPs.
