The Financial Times of London, an extremely reputable business journal, says the oft-rumored Apple touchscreen tablet computer could be unveiled this September as part of the yearly iPod launch event. Oddly, the article pegs the launch as part of Apple's Cocktail project, a project to add additional content to iTunes tracks, like album notes, etc., to make them more attractive to purchase.
