Google preparing update to news site
Flipper is the name of a purported facelift to Google's popular news aggregating site. Google News currently pulls in headlines and a brief summary of news articles by topic, similar to an all-encompassing feed reader. Flipper seems to improve on this, showcasing the actual websites' headlines with mini screenshots. Aside from a new look, available screenshots show that there may be feature improvements to categorizing functions.
