First Android netbook up for pre-order

Amazon is now taking pre-orders for the new Acer AOD250-1613, which dual boots Android and Windows XP. The specs are nothing new for a netbook -- 10.1-inch screen, webcam, 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drive -- but this is the first Android netbook to hit the market thus far. In theory, the Android environment would allow for quick booting and probably more battery life, but we'll have to wait and see. There is no release date for the unit yet, but it is priced at $349.99.
